摘要
节水灌溉是缓解水资源紧缺的有效途径 ,是科学灌溉技术 ,属于高效农业新技术 ,是保证现代农业增收增产有力的技术支撑 .节水灌溉需要工程措施 ,灌溉制度 ,灌溉管理“三管齐下” .
