This paper has summarized the methods for the ink transfusing and the tissue trans-parency of the blood vessels and introuced the applied range;itechnique condition; preparation of the
chemical reagents; choice of the specimens;and observation for the results etc. the writer's experiecee
for using the methods has also been mentioned.
