摘要
雅安本地母鸡 8只 ,1次口服SD胶囊 2 0 0mg/kg ,血中药物浓度测定用经典的Annino测定法显色 ,分光光度计测定 ,测定波长为 5 5 0nm。磺胺嘧啶 (SD)在血中的浓度经一时过程符合一级吸收一室开放模型 ,主要的药代动力学参数为 :半衰期为 5 5 3h ,峰时为 5 86h ,峰浓度为 7 32mg/ 10 0mL ,血液有效浓度维持时间为 12 5h。
Pharmacokinetics of sulfadiazine was studied in Yaan hens. A single oral dose (200?mg/kg of b.w.) of sulfadiazine was administered to hens. Blood samples were collected at 0, 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 22, 28, and 34?h after dosing. The samples were analysed chemically (spectrophometric analysis) by the Annino method. The experimental data were in accordance with 1-compartment open model with first order absorption. The major phamacokinetics parameters of sulfadiazine were: T_ 1/2 =5.53?h, Cmax=7.32?mg/100?mL, Tmax=5.86?h, Tcp=12.5?h.
