津轻苹果人工着色技术研究

摘要 津轻苹果在我国普遍存在着果实着色不良、采前落果较严重等问题 ,严重影响了该品种的生产效益。采收前 2 5~ 30d采摘果实进行人工着色 ,8~ 12d后果实的着色指数均达到1 0 ;人工着色期间果实大小无明显变化 ,而可溶性固形物含量逐渐升高 ,果实全红时果实内可溶性固形物含量达到 13 4 4%~ 14 36 % 。 Because of poor colouring and serious abscission of fruits, the economic benefits of Tsugalu apple are greatly restricted Artificial colouring starting at 25~30 days before harvest could make the colouring coefficient increased to 1 0 at 8~12 days after artificial treatment. During the treatment, no significant change was found in size of apples, the content of soluble solid substances in apple were found gradually increased and reached 13 44% to 14 36% when the whole apple changed to red.For the content of soluble solid substances, no significant difference was found between natural maturing and artificial colouring.
