摘要
耐冷性明显不同的两个玉米自交系幼苗在4℃低温处理期间,叶片中的核酸含量随处理时间延长而减少.RNA减少量比DNA明显.核糖核酸酶和脱氧核糖核酸酶活力随处理时间延长而增强.可溶性蛋白质含量的变化趋势是先增加,后减少.两个自交系相比,上述指标均是耐冷性弱的自交系比耐冷性强的自交系变化明显.
In the seedlings from two maize inbred lines different in cold tolerance when treated at low temperature (4℃), the content of nucleic acid keeps decreasing as the treatment extends, and the reduction of RNA is more obviously than that of DNA. The activities of RNase and DNase increase as the treatment extends. The soluble protein content increases at the beginning and then decreases. The changes of all the above-mentioned items are more obvious in the leaves of the weak cold tolerance inbred line than that of the strong cold tolerance inbred line.
