摘要
1985~1989年,本研究用两套日本稻瘟病鉴别菌系和138A小种测定了我国114个水稻品种,研究结果表明:有11个品种具有Pi-k^s基因,有6个品种具有Pi-a基因,有12个品种具有Pi-i基因,有10个品种具有Pi-k(或Pi-k^m)基因,有6个品种具有Pi-z基因,有4个品种具有Pi-ta基因,有13个品种具有Pi-ta^2基因,有1个品种具有pi-z^t基因,有11个品种具有Pi-i Pi-k基因,有4个品种抗性基因不明,有36个品种尚待进一步用Th78-01和138A进行鉴定,Pi-k与Pi-k^m待有017小种鉴定再加以区分。
114 rice varieties in China were tested by 2 sets of Japanese differential fungus strains and the 138A racd from 1985 to 1988. The results indicated, that there were 11 varieties with Pi-k^sgene, 6 varieties with Pi-a gene, 12 varieties with Pi-i gene, 10 varieties with Pi-k or Pi-k^mgene, 6 varieties with Pi-z gene, 4 varieties with Pi-ta gene, a variety with Pi-z^tgene, 11 varieties with Pi-i, Pi-k genes, and the genes of 4 varieties not clear. In addition, there are 36 varieties need further identifying tests by Th78-0 and 138A, and those varieties with Pi-k or Pi-k^mgenes also require further identification by 017 race.
