摘要
钢轨、轨下垫层、道床的状态对客车的运行具有很大的影响 ,也是最主要的三个因素 .据此运用车辆 -轨道垂向系统统一模型对不同轨道刚度情况下引起的车辆和轨道响应进行了仿真计算 ,并对计算结果进行小波分析和功率谱处理 ,主要分析了钢轨、轨下垫层、道床刚度的变化对客车轴箱加速度的影响 ,同时对用客车轴箱加速度的变化反推道床的刚度状态进行了探索 .结果表明 ,小波分析在检测道床状态中显示了其优越性 .
Rail,sleeper and ballast are the main components of the track,and their status will affect the quality of train's running.This paper,by means of the unified model of vehicle-track systems,performs a simulating calculation of the railway track and vehicle,caused by track stiffness change.On the basis of simulation calculation,this paper tries to analyze the influence of track stiffness change on axle box acceleration with wavelet and power spectrum density (PSD).And then,this paper describes how the sleeper and ballast stiffness affect the axle box acceleration.A method,according to axle box acceleration,to estimate the status of ballast is obtained.The result shows that the detecting method proposed in this paper is fairly effective.
