摘要
本文对大鼠骨髓细胞的常规慢速冻存和玻璃化法冻存进行了比较研究.实验结果表明:玻璃化法冻存较短时间的骨髓细胞的回收率和存活率与慢速冻存相比无显著差异,具有一定的可行性.
A study on slow cryopreservation and vitrification of rat marrow cells was performed. The result showed that there were no significant differences between the vitrificated cells and the slow cryopreserved cells in short-term. It is a feasible technique.
