摘要
针对山东省引黄灌区的农业用水状况 ,提出引黄灌区需遵循引黄补源、以井保丰 ,井渠结合的基本农业生产用水思路 ,在区域范围内合理规划调控地表水、地下水 ,以保证灌区有限水资源发挥最大效益。并通过工程及节水配套的应用与集成 。
Based on the present agricultural water utilization situation in irrigated areas diverting water from the Yellow River in Shandong province, it is considered as a necessary way for agricultural water resources development that diverting water from Yellow River and recharging the groundwater in flooding season, and taking water from groundwater for irrigation in the drought season, and improving the benefits of the limited water resources by combining management of surface water and groundwater.
