摘要
本文通过对网络环境下高校思想政治工作的特点和规律的探讨 ,进一步阐述高校建立一支既懂政工业务、又懂网络技术 ,既有崇高的政治责任感 ,又熟悉网络文化特点和思想政治工作的队伍的重要性 ,提出应加紧对现有政工干部进行计算机知识和网络知识的培训 ,形成以“灌输、引导、监控”为主要方式的网络思想政治工作新格局 ,以积极主动的姿态 。
This article is further concerned with the importance of building a qualified work team in university by discussion on the characteristics and rules of university ideological politics work under network environment. The work team should be skilled in both professional work and the technology of network, responsible for their political work and familiar with the characteristics of network culture and the ideological politics work.. all the present administrative staff should be trained with the knowledge of computer and network to form a new ideological politics pattern characterized with instillation, guidance and surveillance.
