摘要
文章分析了医学新技术的应用现状 ,指出要沿着造福于人类的根本方向正确使用新技术 ,就必须重视其伦理规范研究 ,应当与技术管理配套进行 ,同时要依法规范医务人员的医疗行为和经济行为。
Based on analyzing the characteristics and applied situation of new medical technology, the authors think that it should pay more attention to the ethics research on new medical technology if new medical technology is used for benefits of human being. The technology management matched with it should be conducted. Meanwhile, the medical behaviors and economic behaviors of medical workers should be regulated according to the correlative laws.
