摘要
目的 :探讨复方双花气雾剂的最佳提取工艺。方法 :采用 2次正交试验方法 ,以浸膏收率和有效成分麻黄碱为考察指标 ,对中药提取过程中的药材粉碎度、加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数、乙醇的体积分数、沉淀时间、浓缩液的相对密度等进行了考察 ,并优选出最佳的提取工艺。结果 :药材破碎以细粒为好 ,每次加水量 12倍 ,煎煮 3次 ,每次 1.5 h,浓缩液相对密度为 1.0 9~ 1.12 ;乙醇的体积分数为 0 .6 0 ;沉淀时间 16 h。结论 :优选得到的工艺稳定 ,含量测定方法可靠。
