Zinc Plating Technology for Nd-Fe-B Permanent Magnet

摘要 比较了钕铁硼磁体镀锌层各种钝化工艺所形成钝化膜的耐蚀性能 ,发现镀锌层厚度对钕铁硼磁体的耐蚀性影响很大。在常规钝化液中加入一定量的钛 (Ⅳ )离子能明显提高钝化膜的耐蚀性 ,采用Zn The corrosion resistances of passivating films by various technologies were compared for zinc coatings of Nd Fe B permanent magnet. Results showed that corrosion resistance of Nd Fe B magnet depended on the thickness of zinc coating. Corrosion resistance was increased greatly by adding a few Ti(Ⅳ) ion to passivation bath. The best anticorrosion coating was the Zn Ni alloy plating.
