摘要
介绍真空净油机破乳化装置和全自动反冲洗装置的结构及工作原理 .利用不锈钢蜂窝斜管的极性作用以及聚集作用 ,破坏劣化程度较重的油中水分的结构形态 ,使其更易蒸发 ,脱水更彻底 .初滤器过滤杂质的同时 ,部分滤芯可反冲洗 ,延长初滤器滤芯的使用寿命 ,节约运行费用 .
The article introduces the principle of operation of a vacuum oil purifier. By application of the polar and collecting functions of the stainless steel honeycombed skew pipe to the destruction of the structure mode of water in oil, the evaporation of water is facilitated and dehydration is improved. While the primary filter works, some filter cores can be counter rinsed, as a result, the service life of the filter core can be prolonged and the operation cost can be saved.
