摘要
本文介绍了真实经济周期理论的产生、它的基本思想及其评价。真实经济周期理论认为,经济波动是实际产量自然率的波动,它由技术冲击引起,劳动供给的跨期替代是经济波动的核心传播机制,真实经济周期理论的政策主张是政府不应对经济波动进行干预。虽然这一理论受到各种批评,但我们仍认为它是有价值的。
This essay is an introduction to the emergence of the Real Business Cycle Theory, its elementary thoughts and its critiques. According to the RBC theory, the economic fluctuation is largely caused by the technical shock. The temporal substitution of labor functions is the propagation mechanism during this process. The RBC theorists argue that the economic fluctuation is the fluctuation of the natural rate of GDP, so it is not necessary for the government to interfere with the economic fluctuation in the short run in order to make the economy operate stably. Although many economists criticize this theory, we still maintain it is a valuable one because of its innovative economic thoughts and its methodology.
