摘要
目的观察各种衔铁引起MRI伪影的程度。方法实验在0.15Tesla永磁型磁共振机上进行,选择5种不同类型、形状的衔铁,分别进行体外和口腔内实验,对MRI伪影的最大径进行测量和比较。结果薄片形衔铁引起伪影的最大径为95.5mm,桩核形为139.4mm。结论薄片形衔铁引起的MRI伪影范围明显小于桩核形衔铁,其最大径之间存在显著性差异。
Objectives The aim of this research was to observe the extension of MRI artifacts caused by keepers. Method five samples were imaged in a water phantom and a living human subject by 0.15 Tesla magnetic resonance devices. The maximum diameters of artifacts were measured and compared. Results The maximal diameters of the artifacts caused by disc-shaped and post-shaped keepers were 95.5mm and 139.4mm.Conclusions Compared with the post-type keeper, the artifacts caused by disc-type keepers diminished significantly, and the difference of the maximal diameter reached statistical significance.
