摘要
介绍了信元在ATM交换网络中传输与交换的原理 ,研究了路由变换表、总线信元帧结构和路由变换机理。利用超大规模集成芯片CUBIT 0 5 80 2 ,完成了路由变换电路的硬件设计与软件编程 ,并利用计算机建立了路由翻译表 ,最后对实际电路进行了功能测试。实验结果表明该电路成功地实现了VPI、VCI变换和总线路由标签的插入 ,实现了信元在ATM交换网络中的交换 ,并获得良好的性能。
The paper begins with principle of cell transering and switching in ATM switching fabric. Routing translation RAM organization, cellbus frame format and the principle of routing translation are studied. By making use of VLSI chip CUBIT 05802, it is implemented that hardware circuits and software program. The routing translation table is built by using computer. Finally, the routing translation circuits is tested functionally. The experiment results show that this circuits has the function of VIP/VCI translation and cellbus routing header insertion. The cell can switch in ATM switching fabric, and the circuits has a good performance.
