摘要
当前 ,艾滋病在全世界流行广泛 ,在我国也进入快速增长期。据专家估计 ,到 2 0 0 0年年底 ,全国艾滋病病毒感染的实际人数已超过 60万 ,主要分布在农村。在农村地区大力开展艾滋病的健康教育已成为当务之急。中国预防性病艾滋病基金会与山东、河北有关卫生部门于 2 0 0 0年 8月至 12月在山东潍坊市和河北邯郸市的农村地区开展预防艾滋病的健康教育活动。做法是 :(1)建立领导小组 ;(2 )培训专业人员 ;(3 )进行基线调查 ;(4 )制作资料 ;(5 )利用多种形式开展健康教育 ;(6)进行效果评价。结果表明 ,利用多种形式进行健康教育是遏止艾滋病流行的有效方法 。
The HIV epidemic has entered into a critical phase in China where there is a rapid increase in Infection rate. Unofficially, it was estimated that there were over 600,000 cases of HIV infections by the end of 2000,and especially alarming is that many infections occurred in the rural areas Thus there is an urgent need to develop health education on HIV/AIDS in this rural population at this critical time point to prevent the explosion of the AIDS epidemic in China.Description: From August to December in 2000, in cooperation with local health departments, the Chinese Foundation for Prevention of STD and AIDS developed an large scale activity of health education on AIDS/STD in the rural areas of the Weifang city in the Shandong province and Handan city in the Hebei province. They took following measures: (1) A leading group on prevention STD/HIV/AIDS was set up in every city;(2)Training professionas involved in conducting surveys and education was carried out;(3) Basic line surveys on HIV/AIDS were conducted before developing activities;(4) Materials for developing education were collected and produced;(5) Multi kind of publicity and education were carried out at the county level and township level for two weeks. such as conducting interview,holding exhibitions,showing TV video on STD/AIDS,distributing leaflets on prevention of STD/AIDS,preliminary results showed a coverage rate of the target population of 90% (about 100 thousand persons were educated),and the HIV/AIDS awareness rate was raised from 35% to 60% among the general population in the rural areas of above mentioned cities.Conclusion: Their experience showed that developing health education on STD/AIDS prevention through using multi kind multi sector methods is an effective way to cure AIDS epidemic
