摘要
目的 :了解医学院附属综合性医院心内科口服心血管药物的使用情况 ,为合理用药提供参考依据。方法 :对上海同济大学附属同济医院心内科口服心血管药物的用药频度 (DDDs)、药物利用指数 (DUI)、用药频率 (DUR)进行分析。结果 :硝酸酯类、β 受体阻断药、利尿药、长效二氢吡啶类钙拮抗药、血管紧张素Ⅱ转化酶抑制药、抗心律失常药、降脂药及抗血小板聚集药在该科最为常用 ,各种药物的DUI均接近于 1。结论
Objective:To investigate the use of oral cardiovascular drugs in the department of cardiac medicine in a general teaching hospital, and to provide reference information for rational use of these drugs. Methods:The use of the oral cardiovascular drugs in the department was analyzed in terms of DDDs, DUI and DUR. Results:Nitrate esters, beta blockades, diuretics, long effect dihydropyridine calcium antagonists, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, antiarrhythmic agents, lipid lowering agents and antiplatelet agents were used widely in the department, and their DUIs were all close to 1. Conclusion:The use of the oral cardiovascular drugs was rational in the department of cardiac medicine in the general teaching hospital we analyzed.
