摘要
利益关系是管理系统中人与人之间的基本关系。利益关系分析是研究管理系统中人际关系的基本方法。在知识经济背景下知识与资本之间的利益关系,与传统的劳资双方既有联系又有区别。既不能夸大知识的独立性,忽视其对资本依附的作用,又不能无视知识的相对独立性及其对资本增殖的空前巨大的作用。知识与资本之间的这种新型关系是对传统阶级关系的一个巨大跃迁。
The relationship of benefits is the fundamental relationship between person to person in management system. An indepth analysis of the relationship of benefits is essential to the scrutiny of interpersonal relationship in knowledgebased management system. With knowledgebased economy as a backdrop, one notes that the relationship of benefits between capital and knowledge has some inherent connection with capitalism. But, there are differences between the two. One can neither overstate the importance of the independence of knowledge, neither can one belittle the value and power enhanced by the function of capitalism. After all, no one can deny the role of relative independence knowledge plays and the remarkable impact capital increase carries. The new relationship between capital and knowledge takes a great leap forward from traditionally hierarchical relationship.
