摘要
针对攀钢高钛型高炉渣 ,采用高温熔滴炉模拟焦炭反应器研究高钛型高炉渣熔融滴落穿过焦炭层时渣焦、渣气反应过程 ,生成物与焦炭的粘结情况 ,滴落渣的成分和性能 ,并探讨渣钛分离的影响因素。通过实验得出 :焦炭层滞留有大量橘红色和古铜色的 Ti C、 Ti N;滴落渣中的 Ti O2 降到了 9.0 %左右。
The reactions between coke, gas and high titania slag during slag penetrating through coke layer has been studied by using high temperature melting-dropping furnace as coke reactor for high titania BF slag of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co.. The adherence of reaction products to coke has been observed. The composition and property of dropping slag has been measured. The results are as follows:a great deal of hyacinth and bronze-colored TiC and TiN are remained in coke layer;TiO 2 in dropping slag is reduced to about 9 0 %
