摘要
建筑工程造价改革已经进入了改革的实施阶段,造价改革采取什么样的步骤和策略才能保证价格改革的平稳过渡,笔者从市场经济体制下价格改革的思想方法,对当前价格改革存在的问题及解决的方法进行了阐述,并对造价改革提出了一些建设性的意见。
The architecture work cost reform has entering into the implement stage of the reform,that the cost reform should take what steps and strategy can guaranteed the steadily wansition of price,penman set forth the existent question and settling measures of the current price reform from the thinking way of the price reform of market economy system,and put forward the constructive opinion to the cost reform.
