摘要
介绍了可调机夹重磨刀具的应用 ,提出了该种刀具的设计原理及参数 ,着重介绍了机夹重磨刀具的机械方法定位、夹紧刀片及所需几何角度 ,从而可获得合理的刀具几何参数 ,提高刀片的利用率 ,并可根据所加工材料的性能在不同情况下达到稳定的卷屑和断屑要求 .
It explains the application of the regrinding of a mechanical clamped tool and puts forward the design principle and parameters of the tool.The machine fired position,fixture method and necessary geometry angle are also recounted.It can obstain the retional geometry parameters of the tool,improve the utilization ratio of the tool and reach the demand of stable curling and breaking iron filings in many cases in accordance with the processing material performances.
