摘要
作为生产要素之一的人力资源在网络经济中起着特别重要的作用 ,成为经济增长的重要源泉、经济结构优化的重要因素和企业的兴盛之本。同时 ,网络经济对人力资源的管理与开发也起着相当重要的影响和推动作用 ,并对其提出了新的要求 ,即建立适时的培训机制、激励机制和约束机制 ,创造一种崭新的企业文化。
As one of the important factors in production, human resources are playing a vital role in internet economy. They have become the scource of economic development ,the factor for good economic structure and the key to the enterprises' success. Meanwhile, internet economy has great influence on the management and development of human resources. Therefore, it puts forward new requirements. In other words, we should set up propriate training system, stimulation system and discipline system in order to create a new enterprise culture.
