摘要
文章概述了有色金属工业科技工作的现状。为适应有色金属工业管理体制的改革,有色金属工业的科技管理体制也进行了重大的变革,这些变革在保证了科技工作继续顺利进行的同时,也存在一些对有色金属工业科技工作发展不利的因素,为此笔者提出了对新时期有色金属工业科技工作的几点看法。
A sketch of current situation of scientific and technological work in nonferrous metals industry is given.To cater for the reform of management system of nonferrous metals in-dustry,the scientific and technological management system has been undergoing major reforms with the effects of assurance of sustained smooth progress of scientific and technological work;however there also exist some factors not conducive to further development of scientific and technological work of nonferrous metals industry.Thus some viewpoints on scientific and tech-nological work of nonferrous metal industry in the new era are presented.
