摘要
专业教学改革是高职教育各项改革的核心，是保证高职教育可持续发展的关键。高职教育的专业教学改革应主动、灵活地适应产业、行业建设、科技进步以及地方经济发展的需要，发挥普通高等学校的优势，探索具有行业特色的人才培养模式；建立和完善专业培养方案和培养计划；实行弹性学制和多证书教育；构建高职教育的立交桥，逐步提高教育教学质量。
By making use of professional charac teristics and the advantages of the ordinary institu tion of higher vocational education to find the way of cultivating talents,the teaching reform of the specialities in high er vocational education should positively meet the needs of the economic development ,setting up and im proving the training programs and the plans,carrying out a flexible educational system with dif-ferent certificates to establish voca tional education overpass gradually to improve the education quality.
