摘要
据报道,酰胺基硫脲及其相应环化产物具有广泛的生理活性。如可消炎止痛,镇静,降血压,抗细菌和调节植物生长等。我们曾经通过α-苯基氰乙酰肼与芳酰基异硫氰酸酯缩合制备出一些新的酰胺基硫脲和相应的杂环衍生物,观察到它们在很低浓度下具有调节小麦芽鞘生长的活性。以前的一些研究结果得知。
A series of new 1-(5-benzyltetrazol-2-acetyl)-4-aroylthiosemicarbazides(2)wassynthesized by condensation of aroylisothiocyanates with 5-benzyltetrazol-2-acetylhydrazine(1)in anhydrous acetonitrile.Some 3-(5-benzyltetrazol-2-methylene)-4-aroyl-1,2,4-tria-zoline-5-thione(3)were obtained in good yields(41.8-82.0%)through the cyclization ofcompounds(2)in 8% NaOH solution.The regioselectivity of the compounds(2)in 8%NaOH solution was rationized with the fragments of Mass Spectrum of compounds(3).
