摘要
ERP(企业资源计划 )系统是企业实行现代化管理的工具 ,越来越多的企业逐渐认识到实施ERP系统的必要性 .本文对 ERP系统的管理思想进行了论述 ,并对 ERP在企业实施过程中的重点和应注意的问题发表了看法 ,最后对当前 ERP系统的发展趋势和特点做了简单介绍 .
ERP system is a tool to carry out the modernized management in enterprises. More and more enterprises have gradually realized the necessities of the operation of ERP. In this essay, the authors illustrated the management ideas of ERP system, and expressed their opinions according to the important points during the course of operation as well as the points that we should pay attention to. At last, they gave a brief introduction to the develop tendency and characters of ERP system.
