摘要
针对中原油田调整井钻井过程中存在井涌、井漏、井塌、卡钻甚至导致工程报废等复杂情况及事故问题 ,利用测井资料 ,通过室内实验、力学分析、油藏模拟、模式建立、软件编程、数据处理与结果预测 ,建立了沿井眼剖面连续预测调整井地层孔隙、坍塌和破裂三项压力的新方法 ,在 6口调整井的 19个开发层系及复杂井段中的现场试验效果很好 ,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益 。
Aimed at hole problems and accidents in adjustment well drilling, by using logging data, a new method of continuously predicting pore pressure, break down pressure, fracture pressure is founded in adjustment well through lab experiments, mechanics analysis, reservoir simulations and lots of calculations. Applied in nineteen development blocks and some complicated well sections in six adjustment wells, the results of field tests show that this method has remarkable economic benefits and deserves to be widely used.
