摘要
本文分析了影响油田储油罐更换规划的因素,简要介绍了模糊层次分析法(FAHP法)及其基本步骤。进而应用FAHP法建立层次结构模型,确定层次的排序与发展比例,探讨储油罐更换规划的FAHP决策系统。
This article analyses the factors which affect the replacement plan of oilfield storage tanks briefly, introduces fuzzy level analysis method and its basic steps. The article also shows the set- ting up of a level structure model and determining the arrangement order and development ratio of the levels by FAHP method and discusses the policy decision system of the replacement plan of oil storage tanks.
