摘要
分析了网络环境下著作权法面临的新问题 ,介绍了国外对于复制行为的规定 ,并阐述了网络侵权的主要形式及其法律认定 。
The paper analyzes the problems that the copyright law is faced with under the network environment, introduces regulations on duplication in the foreign countries, illustrates the main forms of the violation of copyright under the network environment. The author also makes a close study on the recognition of the violation of copyrights by law, and suggests some management measures for the protection of copyrights.
