摘要
公文的受命性要求作者撰写时要自觉进入“无我之境” ;公文强烈的主观性和鲜明的倾向性 ,要求作者写作时进入“有我之境”。公文写作必须处理好“无我”与“有我”
The compulsory feature of official documents requires the writer to be 'without self consciousness ' in writing. Besides, the subjectivity and clear tendency of the documents require the writer to be 'with self consciousness'. So, the relations between being 'with self consciousness' and being 'without self consciousness' must be properly dealt with and the two should be united harmoniously.
