摘要
本文通过介绍美国《艺术教育国家标准》的由来,阐释了当代美国艺术教育改革的基本理念,具体分析了美国艺术教育改革的若干个特点,提出我国的音乐基础教育工作者必须树立新的教育理念。
With an introduction to the origin of National Standards of Art Education in America, this paper expounds the fundamental idea of the reforms in contemporary art education in the United States and specifically analyzes a number of special features of the reforms in American art education. The purpose is to enlighten the reform and development of contemporary music education and to make it clear that music educators in our country must acquire new ideas of education.
