摘要
刑事政策是执政党基于预防犯罪、保护社会、维持秩序之目的而采取的同犯罪作斗争的准则。我国根据社会治安的实际情况与同犯罪作斗争的现实需要 ,制定出“从重从快”的严打政策。开展“严打”斗争 ,一定要依照刑事法律的规定进行 ,既要做到实体公正和程序公正。又要完整、准确地掌握与运用“严打”政策 。
Criminal policies are principles adopted by the governing party to combat crimes to prevent crimes, protect society and maintain orders. According to the reality of social security and the need to fight against crimes, our country laid down the policy of 'Severe Punishment'.But in the implementation of the policy,we must be in accordance with the criminal laws , and have a perfect command of it to achieve the goal of criminal punishment.
