摘要
各高校图书馆的馆藏数量均达到一定的规模 ,但藏书质量有待进一步提高 ,而且藏书比例不合理 ,利用率偏低。制定合理的采购原则 。
The quantity of collecting books in every college library has reached a certain scale. But the quality should be improved. Not only are the collected books out of proportion, but also the utilization ratio is low. The key of the problem is to make a proper purchasing principle and to persist a right purchasing way.
