摘要
研究了CaO -B2 O3 -SiO2 系微晶玻璃的烧结过程、析晶机制、微观结构以及介电性能等。该材料能够在 85 0℃的低温烧结 ,烧结体具有良好的介电性能 (εr=4 .975 ,tgδ≤ 0 .0 0 1,1GHz)。微观结构主要为 75 %~ 80 %体积百分比的晶相 (晶粒尺寸为 5 0~ 10 0nm)、少量的残余玻璃相和气孔 ;主要晶相为CB(CaO .B2 O3 )、C6S4(6CaO .4SiO2 )和CS(CaO .SiO2 )。该材料适用于高频电子元器件等领域。
The sintering,crystallization,microstructure and dielectric property of glass ceramics developed from CaO-B 2O 3-SiO 2 system were investigated.The glass ceramics sintered at 850℃ in air exhibit low dielectric constant(ε r=4.975)and low dielectric loss (tg δ≤0.001)at high frequency(1GHz).The sintered samples consist of 75~80vol% crystalline phases with the size ranging from 50 to 100nm,some residual glass phases and pores.The main crystalline phases in the samples are CB(CaO.B 2O 3),C 6S 4(6CaO.4SiO 2)and CS(CaO.SiO 2).It is suggested that the glass ceramics would be a promising material for high frequency integrated circuits and electronic components.
