摘要
分析了沈阳红阳三矿煤样中各种硫分、灰分和主要矿物的含量 ,研究了分别用培养基、不同驯化菌液进行脱硫时 ,脱硫率和脱灰率与药量用量的关系 ,指出无论是用培养基还是各种菌液脱硫 ,对本试验煤样 ,捕收剂煤油和起泡剂 2号油的用量的最适宜值分别为 12 1g t和 32g t。
This paper assays the contents of sulfur,ash,and major minerals in No 3 Hongyang mine's coal of Shenyang mining bureau, and studies the relationship of desulphurizing percentage and deashing percentage with reagent dosage by desulphurization of the coal sample with culture medium and various domesticated microbials. The authors point out that the most appropriate dosages of kerosine as collector and terpenol as frother are 121 g/t and 32 g/t, respectively, whether culture medium or various microbials is used to desulphurize the coal sample.
