摘要
介绍了铝合金不粘锅复合模具的设计及成型工艺。复合模能在压力机一次行程内,完成落料、冲孔、拉深、胀形等多道工序,工艺先进。设计采用聚氨脂凸模的复合模具。
Aluminium deformation in the die and the design of the compound die for aluminium non-stick cookware is introduced,with compound die,the whole making process can be carried out in one stroke which in cludes blanking the sheet,punching,deep drawing,bulging polyamide resin male die is used in the design.
