技术创新具有独特的结构和内含。而职业技校要培养有创新意识的技术工人和技术员 ,就必须使学生既要掌握理论知识 ,又要学得生产技能。只有两者有机结合 ,才能为技术创新打好基础。
Technological innovation possesses special structure and content. And in order to train skilled workers and technicians with innovative consciousness the skilled workers' school must make the students master not only theoretical knowledge but also productive skills. Only when the two sides are combined, can the foundation of technological innovation be laid.
