摘要
文章指出目前我省中小企业的技术创新能力仍相对薄弱 ,应积极采取有效措施 ,尽快提高中小企业尤其是科技型中小企业的技术创新能力。
This paper points out that the technological innovation ability of minor enterprises in Shanxi Province is relatively lower at present, and we should take effective measures actively to increase the technological innovation ability of minor enterprises, especially of sci-tech type minor enterprises, as soon as possibly.
