摘要
KM6载人试验舱是用于中国载人航天器人 -船地面联合试验的设备。文章对试验舱舱体的结构设计和利用有限元分析计算对舱体进行优化设计的过程及方法作了介绍 ,给出了舱体结构形式和有限元计算结果。舱体的极限真空度为5.2× 1 0 - 4 Pa。
KM6 manned test chamber is developed for the Chinese manned space environment testing in a simulated space environment. The design for the manned test chamber is introduced in the paper, and the design is optimized with the method of finite element calculation. The final chamber structure and the results of the finite element optimizing calculation is afforded. The ultimate pressure in the chamber reached 5 2×10 -4 Pa. The design of the test chamber meets the demands for structure design.
