摘要
在酸性条件下 ,高锰酸钾氧化甲醛产生很强的化学发光。当该体系中有碘离子存在时 ,化学发光强度受到一定的抑制 ,据此 ,建立了新的碘离子的化学发光分析方法。该方法对碘离子检出限为 7.87× 1 0 - 7mol/L,线性范围为 2 .44× 1 0 - 6~ 7.87× 1 0 - 3mol/L,用于食品中碘含量的测定 。
Chemiluminescence reaction of formaldehyde with potassium permanganate was ivestigated in the acidic condition. It was found that CL was inhibited by I -. A new method for the determination of iodine on the basis of the reaction was developed. The detection limit was 7.87×10 -7 mol/L and the linear range was 2.44×10 -6 ~7.87×10 -3 mol/L for I -.The method was applied to the determination of iodine in food with satisfactory results.
