摘要
教师是一个特殊的工作岗位,教师的综合素质直接关系到教学质量,在教育教学改革中应将提高教师队伍的综合素质放在重中之重的位置。结合自身的教学体会,通过对教学活动的分析,总结了课堂教学的基本规律,针对教师的职业特点,提出了提高教师综合素质的对策建议。
Teaching is a special job,synthetic quality of teachers affect teaching quality directly.During the reform process of teaching method,it should be the most important to increase their synthetic quality.Combining with the experiences,basic rules are concluded by analyzing teaching activities.Also,some suggestions of increasing synthetic teaching quality are put forward in order to benefit teaching method reform of the college.
