摘要
风险投资对于推动我国高新技术产业化具有不可替代的作用。目前我国风险投资的这一优势尚未得到充分的发挥。本文分析了我国风险投资机制在投资资金来源、风险投资公司运作形式、风险投资中介机构、投资评估体系及风险投资退出渠道等方面存在的主要问题 。
Venture investment plays an insubstitutable role in promoting our country's high&new tech industrialization. At present the advantage in our country's venture investment hasn't been fully taken. This article analyses the main problems in our country's investment mechanism such as the fund source , the venture investment company's operational pattern, the venture investment brokering firms, the investment evaluation system and the investment retreat channels , and then proposes some countermeasures.
