摘要
古代儒家德治思想首先是要求权力阶层的道德资质 ,在权力道德的法律化方面 ,中国古代传统法律文化有很好的借鉴意义。将义务性的道德规范法律化 ,使权力道德要求融于法律的规范形式 ,是“依法治国”、“以德治国”的关键所在。
Concerning ancient thinking of rule by moral of Confucianism,Power estate's moral quality was first of all requested.Chinese ancient traditional law culture plays a good role in modern legalizing of power moral.The key on rule of law and rule of morality is the legalization of power estate's morality.
