摘要
学校心理教育主要是通过活动课程的方式进行的 ,它可分为三种形态 :心理训练式、心理指导式和心理自助式 ,每一种形态都有其特定的内涵 。
School psychological education is carried out mainly through activity lessons which consists of three forms: psychological training, psychological guiding and psychological self helping, and each of the three has its own specific connotation. This paper explains the three forms of activities and the author's views about the matter.
