摘要
根据分析认为 ,大秦线SS4改进型电力机车动轮擦伤主要发生在高速区电阻制动时轮轨粘着平衡遭到破坏导致动轮小滑行的情况下。同时指出 ,由于SS4改进型电力机车防滑系统主要抑制宏观滑行 ,因此 ,要解决动轮擦伤问题 ,就要进一步改善SS4改进型电力机车的电阻制动特性 ,一方面在进行电阻制动时 ,要防止励磁电流上升过快 ;
The paper states that according to analysis the abrasion of traction wheels of the modified electric, type SS4, mainly occurs in high speed section when resistance brake is applied on the Da Qin railway, causing the break down of the balance of the adhesion between wheel and rail and the micro sliding of the traction wheel. It points out that the antislide system of this type of locomotive mainly controls the macro sliding. Therefore, the resistance brake performance of the SS4 eclectic locomotive should be further improved if the issue of abrasion is to be resolved. The measures to overcome it are to prevent the quick rise of the exciting current when resistance brake is applied and to limit the brake current in the high speed section.
