A good column can be a window of a university journal, so it is of great importance to set up columns. In designing a new column, the editor should carefully take into account the political orientation, academic innovation, the style and features of the times and the thematic characteristics of a new column. The column designed in this way can be expected to follow the correct political orientation of studies in the social and philosophical fields, to publish articles reflecting the latest information on the new disciplines, new developments, new themes and new research approaches, and thus strengthen the sense of serving the society and the features of the times. A journal consisting of columns of this kind will surely show its unique academic character.
