摘要
小浪底水库是一座综合利用水利枢纽 ,其开发任务为防洪、防凌、减淤 ,兼顾供水、灌溉和发电。水库的多个目标之间既存在着相互联系 ,有时也存在着相互冲突。因此 ,通过运用系统分析方法研究供水目标和发电目标之间的相互关系 ,分析二者的关系参数 ,作为小浪底水库运用方式研究的参考依据之一。
The main purposes of the Xiaolangdi reservoir Multi\|purpose Dam Project include flood control,ice control,sediment reducing, and water supply, irrigation and power generation as well. These multi\|objectives are related to each other and conflicting at certain periods. This paper discusses the relationship between the water supply objective and the power generation subjective by applying the systematic analysis methods. The relation coefficient between the beneficial objectives has been studied to give suggestions for the operation of Xiaolangdi.
