摘要
本文讨论了采用上升单液滴法研究N1923-正己烷从硫酸介质中萃取Sc(Ⅲ)的动力学,测定了不同萃取条件对萃取速率的影响,提出了速率方程,并对萃取反应机理进行了探讨。
The extraction kinetics of Sc (Ⅲ) in sulfuric acid solution with N1923 in n-hexane hadbeen investigated using ascending single drop technique. The effects of the concentrations ofSc^(3+), H^+, SO_4~2, N1923 and temperature on the extraction rate have been examined. Noinfluence was found from hydrogen ion concentration in the aqueous. solution. Under lowaqueous sulfate ion concentrations, the extraction rate equation can be expressed as: R=K[Sc^(3+)][RNH_i^+]_((i)) [SO_4^(2-)]~2 The mechanism of extraction appears to be RNH_(2(i)) + H_((i))^+—→RNH_(3(i))^+ fast Sc_((a))^(3+) + 2SO_(4(a))^(2-) —→Sc(SO_4)_(2(a))^- equilibrium Sc(SO_4)_(2(i))^- + RNH_(3(i))^+ ——[RNH_3^+][Sc(SO_4)_2^-]_((i)) RDS
